This is a waterless toilet. Separation makes it easy to reuse your waste. The solids are composted for a year and in the end enrich the forest. The liquids are sterile and are used for the gardens after dilution with rainwater.
There are some important guidelines for correct use.
- Sit! Especially men. It is allowed to release number one in the forest.
- Aim! Separate by sitting at the back of the toilet seat.
- Cover! Cover number two with treeleaves and throw toilet paper in the back.
- Shut up! Close the lid to stop vermin and odors.
- Wash your hands! Thank you very much.
- No leaves/ toiletpaper in the front or in the bin, please.
